S型泵系S系列更新换代的高效节能新产品,广泛用于现代城市给排水、电站、工业流程系统的取水、加压、农田排灌及各种水利工程、石化工程等。

S型泵采用国家标准规范设计、其系列化、标准化、通用化程度高、性能优越、运行平稳、安全可靠。在设计中采用新结构、便于维护、维修和保养;采用新材质,可适用于多种介质的输送。

结构特点

效率高于S系列产品

  S型泵是在原S型泵的基础上,更换了其中效率较低的模型,并通过对所有产品水力模型进行CFD分析和优化,提高了产品效率,降低了运行成本。全系列产品符合国家节能产品认证标准,为新型节约型水泵。


产品结构简单,检修方便

  整体采用轴向中开剖分结构,吸入口与吐出口均在泵体上,检修无需拆卸进出口水管及原动机,利用双吸叶轮的对称布置特点,自动平衡轴向力,结构简单。


先进的密封方式

  在保留原S系列泵结构简单的基础上,针对S系列产品运行存在的问题,在产品结构设计上进行改进,提高了产品运行可靠性;


  产品轴封采用通用化设计,用户可以根据实际需求采用不同的轴封,并且可以非常简单直接进行更换,以适应更广的环境要求。


  轴套采用径向插入式O形圈密封,加装了末端密封套,大大提高了轴套内密封的可靠性,保证所输送的介质不会进入轴承而导致整机破坏,且安装简单方便。


防反转结构

采用防反转固定螺母,允许水泵短时间反转,从而解决了S系列经常发生的因反转导致的质量事故。

S pump is designed according to national standard specification. It is characterized of high serialization, standardization and generalization. The performance is excellent. The operation is smooth, safe and reliable. new structure is adopted in design to facilitate maintenance, repair and overhauling; new material is adopted to be suitable for transportation of a variety of mediums.

Structure characteristics

The efficiency is higher than that of S series product.

  S-type pump is based on the original S pump. The models with low efficiency are replaced. Through CFD analysis and optimization of all hydraulic models, product efficiency has been improved and operating cost has been reduced. The full series of products comply with national energy-saving product certification standards. They are new energy-saving pumps.


Product structure is simple. And the maintenance is convenient.

  Axial direction axially split dissection structure is adopted as a whole. The inlet and outlet are on the pump body. The import and export water pipes and prime mover are not required to be removed at overhauling. Balance the axial force automatically by utilizing the symmetrical layout characteristics of double-suction impeller. The structure is simple.


Advanced sealing method

  On the basis of reserving the simple structure of S series pump structure, the product has improved product structure design and enhanced the product reliability specific to the existing problems of product running.


  The shaft seal adopts generalization design. The user can apply different shaft seals according to practical requirements. The shaft can be directly replaced very conveniently thus to adapt to the broader environmental requirements.  


  The axle sleeve adopts radial plug-in O-shape sealing. The end sealing set is additionally installed which has significantly improved the reliability of shaft sleeve sealing so that the transmission medium will not enter the bearing and will lead to the assembly destroy. The installation is quite simple and convenient.


Anti-reverse structure

Anti-reverse fixed nut is adopted. Short-term reversal is allowed on the water pump thus to solve the frequent quality accident arising from reversal of S series products.
