概述

CJS型泵是新一代高效节能单级双吸水平开式离心泵。它是我公司引进国外先进技术基础上,结合本公司多年研发经验开发研制的新一代高效节能双吸中开泵。该系列性能范围更广、更宽、水力模型更优秀,结构合理又可靠,使用维护更多地考虑人性化因素,用户操作维护快捷简便。

CJS系列产品可供输送清水或物理化学性质类似于清水的其它介质。介质温度为0℃~80℃。介质固体颗粒含量不大于80mg/L。进口压力控制在0.3MPa以下。适用于工厂、电厂、石化、矿山、城市给排水、工业循环水、消防系统及各种水利工程等。

四、 产品特点

水泵设计运用了先进的三元流体分析技术,研发的高效率水力模型,使其效率高出以往同类产品,最高效率达94%,比传统中开泵效率高出3%-8%。在较宽的流量范围内具有较高的运行效率,可选配较小功率的电机,降低运行成本。水泵的汽蚀性能优异,能在更低的水位上稳定运行,提高了水泵的抽送能力。

CJS系列泵结构紧凑,拆装方便。先进的双吸结构设计,能确保大流量,高吸程;与传统双吸泵相比,该系列泵和关联设备的安装占地面积小。壳体中开式设计,易于拆装,方便检修,无需移动泵体和进出管路就可更换零件。

双吸叶轮采用相邻叶片交错,V型出口设计。使双吸泵叶轮两次进水后,水力脉动降至最低,流态好。圆形双蜗壳压水室结构,能平衡径向力,强度高,轴承和密封受力小、寿命长。吸水室带分流设计,进口无旋涡,汽蚀性能好。所以泵运行时噪声低、振动小、能确保舒适的工作环境。

采用具有专利的冷却水接管部件及轴封水管路部件,保证泵房干净,无泄漏,符合环保节能要求。

从原动机方向看,泵的旋转方向是顺时针还是逆进针方向根据用户需求确定。

订货须知:

1、根据使用条件决定泵的规格、材料、轴封形式及配套电机。订货时应指出流量、扬程、吸上高度或进口压力、选用材料、介质名称、比重及温度等。

2、匹配特殊电机时,要指出防爆等级、功率、电压、及频率等。

3、旋转方向:用户选型必须指明泵的旋转方向。

4、本样本所列性能参数,用户可在其范围内任选,指定叶轮形式或指定性能参数。如有任何疑问请与我公司技术部联系。



Overview

CJS pump is a new generation of energy-efficient single-stage double-suction axially split pump. It is a new generation of energy-efficient double-suction axially split pump based on importing advanced foreign technology and combining with multiple-year R&D experience.   The performance range of the series products is wider and broader. The hydraulic model is more excellent. The structure is reasonable and reliable. The use and maintenance consider human factors, and is rapid and simple.    

CJS series products can transport water or physical and chemical properties, and other mediums similar to clear water. The temperature of medium is 080. The solid particle content of medium is no greater than 80mg/L. The inlet pressure is controlled below 0.3MPa. It is applicable to hydraulic engineering of factories, power plants, petrochemical, mining, urban water supply and drainage, industrial circulating water and fire control system etc..

Model description

CJS350-180GA, 4-H

CJS—Energy-efficient axially split pump of Changjia pump

350—Suction inlet diameter is 350mm.

180—The hydraulic head of design point is 180m.

G—Refers to improved impeller (Standard impeller is not noted).  

A—Refers to the first change of impeller outer diameter, A, B, C……and so on  

4— The motor matching the pump is of grade IV.

H—Refers to anti-clockwise rotation of pump while reviewing from prime mover, not including clockwise rotation.


Product features

Pump design applies the advanced 3D fluid analysis technology. The efficiency of developed high efficient hydraulic model is higher than that of similar product. The highest efficient is up to 94% which is 3%-8% higher than the traditional axially split pump. It has high operational efficiency within wide flow range. Motor with low power is optional to reduce operating cost. The cavitation-erosion performance of water pump is excellent so that it can run smoothly at a lower water level and improve the pumping capacity of water pump.

The structure of CJS series pump is intact. And dismounting is convenient. The advanced double-suction structure design can ensure mass flow and high suction; while comparing with traditional double-suction pumps, the installation floor space of this series of pumps and associated equipment is small. The housing is of axially split design which is easy for dismounting and overhauling. The parts can be replaced without moving the pump body and inlet/outlet pipeline.  

Double-suction impeller adopts adjacent blades stagger and V-shaped outlet design. After twice water inflow of double-suction impeller, the hydraulic pulse decreases to the minimum level. And the flow state is excellent. The structure of circular double volute pumping chamber can balance the radial force. It is characterized of high intensity, low bearing and seal force, as well as long service life. Suction chamber is designed with shunt bar. The inlet is free of vortex. And the cavitation-erosion performance is excellent. Thanks to the design, the pump can create a comfortable working environment due to the low noise and small vibration.

Cooling water pump parts and shaft seal water piping components with patents are adopted to ensure cleanliness and leak-tightness of pump room, and to comply with environmental protection and energy saving requirements.  

Pump rotation direction, clockwise or counterclockwise while reviewing from the direction of prime motor is determined based on customer demands.

Ordering instruction:

  • Pump specification, material, shaft seal form and auxiliary motor of pump are determined according to working conditions. Flow, hydraulic head, suction height or inlet pressure, selected materials, medium name, specific gravity and temperature etc. shall be indicated on the order.

  • While matching the special machine, explosion-proof grade, power, voltage, and frequency etc. shall be indicated.

  • Rotation direction: Pump rotation direction shall be indicated at model selection.

  • The user can select from the performance parameters of the sample within the range. Impeller form or specified performance parameters are assigned.   Please contact the technology department of our company in case of any doubt.
