SA SAP型单级双吸水平中开式离心泵
概述
SA型泵系单级、双吸水平中开式离心泵，适应于工厂、城市、矿山、电站、农田、水利工程等领域。用于输送不含固体颗粒的清水或物理、化学性质类似于水的其它液体，被输送的介质温度为0-80℃。允许的最大进口压力0.6MPa。

结构说明
泵为卧式安装，泵壳于轴心线水平分开，上部为泵盖，下部为泵体，吸入口和吐出口均在泵轴线下方的泵体上，其中心线与轴线垂直。检修时不需要拆卸进、出水管和电机即可揭开泵盖，取出转子部件进行检修。轴封采用填料密封或机械密封。
轴承室根据不同运行工况选用滚动轴承或滑动轴承室，滚动轴承室根据不同运行工况采用油脂或稀油润滑，滑动轴承室必须用稀油润滑。
旋转方向
从电机端向泵看，ＳＡ型泵为逆时针方向旋转，即吸入口在左，吐出口在右。也可以根据用户要求将其反向。
主要零件及材质
泵的主要零件有泵体、泵盖、叶轮、轴、双吸密封环、轴套等。除轴的材质为优质碳钢外，其余零件为铸铁。
成套范围
成套供应泵、电机、联轴器。泵吸入口径不大于200mm时配共用底座，其余不配底座。

Overview
SA series single-stage and double-suction axially split centrifugal pump is applicable to factories, cities, mines, power stations, farmland and hydraulic engineering etc. It is used to transport clean water free of solid particle and other fluids with similar chemical properties of water. The medium temperature is 0-80℃. The allowable maximum inlet pressure is 0.6MPa.

6——Approximate number is divided by 10 of revolution.
J——Refers to rated rotation speed change.
Ａ——Refers to the first change of impeller outer diameter, A, B, C……and so on.
Structure declaration
The pump is installed horizontally. The pump case is divided horizontally along the axial lead. The upper part is pump cover and the lower part is pump body. The inlet and outlet are on the pump below the pump axis. The center line is vertical to the axis. The pump cover can be opened without dismounting the inlet and outlet pipeline and motor at overhauling. Remove the rotor components for overhauling. Shaft seal adopts packing seal or mechanical seal.
Bearing chamber can select rolling bearing or sliding bearing chamber according to different operating conditions. Grease or diluted oil lubrication can be applied on rolling bearing chamber according to the different operating conditions. Sliding bearing chamber shall be lubricated with diluted oil.
Rotation direction
While reviewing the pump from the motor end, SA pump rotates at counterclockwise direction. The suction inlet is at the left and the discharge opening is at the right. Reverse direction can be applied according to user demands.
Main parts and materials
Main parts of the pump include pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, double-suction sealing ring and axle sleeve etc. Except that the axis is made of high-grade carbon steel, other parts are made of cast iron.
Complete set range
Pump, motor and coupling supplied in full set. A common motor base is available when the suction inlet diameter of pump is no greater than 200mm. No motor base is equipped for other models.
